Chris has served as a Partner at Trident since co-founding the firm in 2012, bringing over 30 years of experience in field engineering and project integration. Before Trident, he served as Senior Manager of Integrated Projects at The Bayou Companies for seven years, where he led multidisciplinary site efforts, ensuring strong technical performance and seamless client collaboration. As a licensed Professional Engineer, Chris drives engineering excellence across QA/QC, field coordination, and constructability review—bridging the gap between engineering designs and field realities.

Bryan brings a cross-disciplinary background in business leadership, operations, and technical field services. He plays a hands-on role in aligning Trident’s strategy with client objectives, ensuring that every project benefits from proactive communication, accountability, and real-time responsiveness.
